I have a friend who recently asked me this "how can I stop automatic updates on all users of a windows operating system ?" I don't know how he has 5000 users in a windows operating system (maybe its some server or something | beside I am a linux user) As far as I know, these settings are saved in a separate profile for separate users, is there any way that auto update can be stopped for all the users from admin user ?

Thanks

hi Towkir Ahmed, the common way to centrally configure & deploy the settings for a firefox installation are described in the article at http://kb.mozillazine.org/Locking_preferences.
