I am trying to download Firefox on to my new Dell laptop that has windows 10 OS. After the download has been complete I get a message that "the operation has been completed". I click the OK box and it goes back to the "Download Box". I have tried downloading several times and have never gotten the "Install" command.

Not really a issue with Firefox.

You need to find the setup file you downloaded and run it.
