How do I sync win 10 laptop with xp desktop?

Have desktop running xp and firefox. Got new laptop with win 10. Can't figure out how to get the bookmarks, etc from desktop onto laptop. I can export the bookmarks on the desktop to a file, but can't see any way on win10 laptop to import them. Is there a way to do that?
