in chrome and explorer the FB page is full sized, however in mozilla it appears to be a very congested column with everything smashed into the center of the screen...

Have you tried this yet:
go to the 3-bar menu and click on the   '+'   (at the top of the menu)  
to zoom in .
If that doesn't work,   we'll have to try something else   ....

it isn't the size of the view it is the way it is arranged...like it's very basic

in the others (chrome, explorer) it has a main column, and then to each side are other sections of fb, eg events, pages to the left and to the right in it's own column is the feed of others, whos online, etc
