If it's the  Channel4   I think you're talking about:
www.channel4.com/accessibility/playerguide/
www.channel4.com/4viewers/contact-us/

I don't use JAWS, NVDA or DRAGON. Also I already contact 4OD and they couldn't help and asked me to contact Mozilla.

'Don't know if this helps:
apps.channel4.com/app/4od/#computer
Would you take a look at the section   'Minimum Requirements'

My download managers show there is no clip there.

I could watch that clip if I created a PIN to turn Parental Controls off;   not going to do that.

Couldn't leave it alone and created a PIN after all, for I really wanted to see what's going on here.
Turns out Channel 4 won't let me watch their programs online, as I don't live in the UK   ........

Just read an aswer to the same question from someone who   is   allowed to watch  Channel 4  online as he lives in the  UK:
He said all he did was press   Ctrl and +
(Find it hard to believe, but can't check it, of course   .....)

have seen that and already tried but it did not work for me:-((

Just paid that  Channel 4   another visit,   just to make sure I haven't overlooked anything,   and I found one of their own suggestions:
Visit the Windows Store from your device and download our free All 4 app by clicking the link above   ........
Found it on:   apps.channel4.com/app/4od/#computer
It's a mere stab in the dark,  but worth a try   ......

I also use BBC iPlayer but don't have to download programmes in order to watch in full screen. The same was the case for 4oD too. However I tried to download their app on your link but this time I had an error code 0x80070091. What a life! I gave up........

Aww,   don't give up just yet   ! Maybe somebody who lives in the  UK,  and is actually allowed to watch Channel 4,   will be able to come up with a solution   ....... Keeping my fingers crossed for you;   so sorry I haven't been of any help.
