I want "Firefox Focus" for Windows 10 and macOS Sierra ! can you do that ?

more options

I would really like to use a version of "Firefox Focus" for Windows 10 and macOS Sierra ! I am sure I'm not the only one, my friends told me they would like to have "Firefox Focus" on their computer. I wanted to know if their is some technical reason you don't do that ?
