I bookmarked a page and saved it to my bookmarks tool bar, and a bar popped up at the top of my browser, how do I make it go away?
So I bookmarked a page, and saved it to my bookmarks toolbar. This bar popped up at the top of my browser just under the web address bar, and I didn't want it there, I tried everything I could think of, and couldn't remove it, so I tried removing the bookmarks that were on it and now I just have this blank bar, I tried restarting my browser afterwords, but it's still there. Also whenever I open a link in a new tab it gets bookmarked and put on the toolbar. How do I get rid of it and stop it from bookmarking things I don't want it too?

I think that bar is the Bookmarks Toolbar. If that bar is hidden and you save a bookmark to it, Firefox displays the bar.
To turn different bars on and off, you can use one of these methods to show the toolbar list and switch the visibility of the bars there:
- right-click a blank spot on the tab bar (or the "+" button)
- tap the Alt key to activate the classic menu bar > View > Toolbars
- in Customize mode > Show/Hide Toolbars (see: Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars)
The currently displayed bars have a checkmark. Click Bookmarks Toolbar, Menu Bar, or other bars, to switch their visibility.
If you only want bookmarks on the Bookmarks Toolbar to appear as a list on the Bookmarks Menu, you can use the Customize feature as described in this earlier post: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1142058#answer-924443
