I exported and saved the html onto a flashdrive of my Mozilla bookmarks, passwords, etc as a html before getting my computer reformatted. I also exported a synched Mozilla/chrome bookmark html. I was able to import my bookmarks back onto chrome, but when i try to do it on Mozilla, nothing shows up.

jscher2000 - That is very possible.. i imported the bookmarks into Chrome and once it told me it was successful, it told me to sign into my Gmail.

cor-el - I am unsure how to detect if it's a UTF 8 or UTF 16. But i was able to check the encoding. I attached an image for you.. I'm unsure if it's proper coding for it or not. I know nothing about coding and stuff. Is there a way to change the permissions to me?
