Only my inbox, sent and deleted messages will integrate. How do I merge the rest of my email folders?
I am trying to merge my old email account to Thunderbird but only my inbox, sent and deleted folders will integrate. Do I need to move all of my emails into the inbox folder and then put them back into folders once integrated or is there a way to merge all of my email folders at once?

What is your old account set up as IMAP or POP? Which provider? Merge it from where?
I finally figured out the problem, I had to un-check the "Show only subscribed folders" in the advanced server settings.
or you could have subscribed to them.... but in the case of servers like Yahoo. You get folder you do not want by showing them all. Like a Yahoo IM log folder
