I have to constantly clear my cookies for websites to load correctly

more options

Hi, every two weeks or so I'm forced to completely delete all cookies in order for websites (asana, Jezebel, etc.) to load correctly. Until I do this pages break and do not load correctly.

Is there a way to fix this so that I constantly don't have to delete cookies?

You may have a corrupt cookies.sqlite file. Delete cookies.sqlite + cookies.sqlite.old + cookies.sqlite-shm + cookies.sqlite-wal

Type about:support in the address bar and press enter.

Under the page logo on the left side, you will see Application Basics. Under this find Profile Folder. To its right press the button Show Folder. This will open your file browser to the current Firefox profile. Now Close Firefox.

Locate the above file. Then rename or delete it. Restart Firefox.

Hi Fred,

Thanks for responding. I went in and did all of this (I didn't have every file listed but I deleted every file that began with cookies. )

I will let you know if the problem persists.
