This extension? https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/capture-print/

"Support" is over here - http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=2318993&start=165 - for that Capture & Print extension And "all-in-one" support thread for "YouTube Anywhere Player, Capture & Print, Bluhell, etc" Probably not helpful at all - overshadowed by the more popular extensions made by that Add-on developer.

Being that Capture & Print hasn't been updated in almost two years (Released February 25, 2015) it's probably broken due to changes in an API that was changed for Firefox 51. Capture & Print 0.1.9.3.1-signed.1-signed = that "signed.1-signed" in the version number is indicative of an extension that hasn't been updated in a real long time, it has had 2 automatic "signing" scripts run on it and that's not a good "sign"

That developer has a Homepage over here: https://plus.google.com/117591980256125657849

You could try to contact him via the Send Feedback link on that page.
