Can gain access to system; no issue. Once in system I can see all locations. When I select a camera I receive the error message " 1. “RTSP video is not supported without VLC web plugin”.

Firefox 52+ releases only support the Shockwave Flash plugin and disable all other plugins. You can consider to use the Firefox 52 ESR release if you need to use other plugins.</p>

Why-do-Java-Silverlight-Adobe-Acrobat-and-other-plugins-no longer work.

As a footnote to the above, you'll need the standard Windows (32-bit) version of ESR, because the 64-bit version only runs Flash and Silverlight.
