I can not backpage in Firefox most of the time. It comes up move back one page but will not do it. I have to close the browser and restart it. Very frustrating!

You can hold down the left mouse button on either Back or Forward to open the tab history drop-down list. Then you can skip entries that show in the list.

Some extensions may also cause extra items to show in the list.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

I get around this by; When I find a link I want to check out, I open it in a new tab/window. Then when I am done, I close it and am back where I started.

That might help but why can they just not fix it? I'm almost ready to ditch Firefox and I've used it since it was introduced.
