Is that an actual slide-show that shows distinct images via JavaScript or is this a media file that is played?

If the slide show is done via JavaScript then you would either have to save the page with all images (might be tricky to get this working) or you would have to use screen capturing software to save the slide show.

A media file can usually be saved by using the Inspector to ger the URL of the file unless a plugin like Flash is used.
