How to restore closed tabs on previous Thunderbird session from other days?

Windows opened a Thunderbird twice at the same time and it seems it crashed. After closing both Thunderbirds, the next time I opened Thunderbird all my tabs were gone. How to restore them from previous day? Because session.json file has only the last date today and that I don't need. If someone has an answer I will greatly appreciate it!
