The site address is registered through APNIC.net https://wq.apnic.net/whois-search/static/search.html?query=182.74.132.190 There are contact names and address & phone #'s listed there.

The other person is correct the site : http://182.74.132.190:150/amcws is up and running though slow to load.

Try not going through the Proxy.

You can't find the site because you didn't paste the URL in the address bar, like Seburo adviced you to do, but you pasted it in the search bar.

The address bar  ( aka : location bar, URL bar, awesome bar)   is the bar where   (e.g. on this page)   you see on the left :   the little   ' i '   in a circle,   right next to the green padlock,   followed by :   https:// support.mozilla.org/   etc..

Now, when you paste the URL on that bar and press   'Enter', you'll get to that site,   you'll see   !
