After doing a refresh of Firefox the menu bar at the top of the page (in case that's not the right name, I mean the bar that includes File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools & Help) is dark blue with white text. It used to be gray (the same color as my toolbar) with black text. I would like to change it back to gray. It's a small thing but I've spent nearly two hours trying to find the right add-on or whatever to do the job. (Firefox Help isn't as intuitive as it used to be either.) Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe you had a lightweight theme installed that styled the toolbar area with a background image. You can search the add-ons website.
