I had firefox on my Windows Vista using my old computer. I now have windows 10 on a new computer. Do I need to redownload firefox or is there a way to transfer my old account to windows 10?

For the most part, your Firefox settings are stored locally on disk. Do you still have access to your old computer to copy files over, or a backup of it?

If you created a Firefox Account and set up the Sync service on your old computer, you may be able to import some data into your new Firefox from that account. More info on connecting to an existing Sync account: How do I set up Sync on my computer? ("Connect additional devices to Sync" section).
