I have looked through all settings and I can't figure out how to have images load in regular quality. They all appear blurry and low res. It looks like this is a way of having pages load faster, but i don't want this feature.

The issue is with the website. There is no setting or limitation in Firefox that degrades images. Both Facebook and Google images are two known websites that provide degraded images to Firefox for Android. If you are having trouble with either of them you can provide feedback to them at https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/websearch and https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/268228883256323
