I have more than a hundred tabs and for years now I am used to having my old session restored on startup. The problem with the most recent update is that it introduced a maximum scrolling speed (which is way too low) and now I need like 20 seconds to scroll through my tabs and I demand an option to disable the scrolling speed cap.

Hello, this is a known regression -- and will be fixed in a point release.
