How do I get my googledocs to open in google and not firefox?

more options

When I click on a ink to open google docs it opens in Firefox and does not load properly. I have to copy and paste the link to google so that I can open the document. I want to click on the link and it open in google. Most of these are for my kids school.

Where are you typically opening the links from -- Firefox or an external application?

In Firefox, there are new add-ons to send links to Chrome but due to restrictions on external interactions, an additional little application is required and the reviews are not very kind about the ease of setup and functionality of this arrangement:

Externally, hmm, I don't think Windows has a built-in way to send some HTTPS links to one program and some HTTPS links to another program.
