Hi Firefox Support Team,

Downgraded version of Firefox from version 57.0(64-bit) to version 56.0(64-bit) has resolved the issue in our Oracle VM 3.4.4 Environment. The mouse is perfectly working fine in VM Console.

Please let me know when the Firefox bug fix is available on the latest version, so that I can test it in our Oracle VM 3.4.4 Environment.

At this moment, the work around is to downgrade to version 56.0.2(64-bit) and/or 56.09b(64-bit).

Thank you.

Best regards, Al

Just to let you know all 56 and down versions are being force updated and it does not matter that you have ticked do not update.

What your asking for is not here. We supply support for Firefox not a call back service.

If you have a bug, file a bug report. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ Bug Writing Guidelines : https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/QA/Bug_writing_guidelines

Ask them for a call back. Or to where ever you usually contact as it is not here.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
