i can not sign in to a web site with my password but it works on same computer with google chrome

https://interactive.gilbarco.com/ this is the website and it shows a green lock symbol before it.i can get to web site fine on my surface pro 3 but when i sign in it does not go to logged in screen. i changed password to verify i had it correct and when i did this time it said it was not correct. i downloaded firefox on 2 other computers and it works fine. also downloaded google chrome on my surface pro 3 and it works fine on it.

uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 57.0.4 with a Full Version Installer
