My hard drive crashed, can I retreive my old emails and account profiles?

As stated in the subject header, my hard drive recently crashed, and I have a lot of valuable information in my various accounts. I can get SOME access to the old hard drive, but it is limited. Is there a way to retrieve the old emails and profiles? Some of my accounts are IMAP, some are not. I have a decent recovery program I purchased, so I MIGHT be able to retrieve the profiles using this, but it takes close to a week for this program to do it's thing, so I'm hoping there's a faster solution out there.

Thanks.

Obviously there is no need to recover IMAP accounts, they are all on the server, so add them again and the mail will download.

Mil from POP mail accounts are all in the Mail folder in the profile folder. So even if you do not get the accounts, the mail will be in those disk based folders.
