Win 7 Ultimate Firefox 57.0.4

    Roboform addon
    One-Tab addon
Flash and Video Download addon (used periodically)

Sandboxie 5.22 Microsoft Security Essentials

    Antimalware Client Version: 4.10.209.0
    Engine Version: 1.1.14405.2
   Antivirus definition: 1.259.1667.0
  Antispyware definition: 1.259.1667.0
Network Inspection System Engine Version: 2.1.14202.0
Network Inspection System Definition Version: 118.2.0.0

Firefox 57.0.4 (and previous versions) freeze after using it a while (time varies). To close it, I have to right click the title bar and select "Close", and then I have to go into Task Manager processes and do an end task for all instances of firefox.exe, otherwise it takes a long time for the processes to end, and sometimes they do not end at all. After doing an end task, many times (but not always),es I get this popup error: firefox.exe application error the exception breakpoint a breakpoint has been reached 0x80000003 occurred in the application at location 0x5783ea13. Sometimes, but not always, the above error is followed by a Sandboxie error SBIE2224 Sandboxed program has crashed firefox.exe (Default) I searched for the error but cannot find anything that points to that specific location, i.e., 0x5783ea13.. I have scanned for malware using malwarebytes, superanti-spyware and Microsoft Security Essentials and the system appears clean.

I have disabled hardware acceleration Here is a recent crash report
