No Happy112 it doesn't work at chrome and Edge i dont have problem i will try another graphics card.
If changing the value of that pref didn't do the trick, then maybe try the whole shebang : Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
You will need to restart Firefox for this to take effect so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.,) and then perform these steps:
In Firefox 54 and below:
- Click the menu button and select Options (Windows) or Preferences (Mac, Linux).
- Select the Advanced panel and the General tab.
- Uncheck Use hardware acceleration when available.
- Close Firefox completely and then restart Firefox to see if the problem persists.
In Firefox 55 and above:
- Click the menu button and select Options (Windows) or Preferences (Mac, Linux).
- Select the General panel.
- Under Performance, uncheck Use recommended performance settings. Additional settings will be displayed.
- Uncheck Use hardware acceleration when available.
- Close Firefox completely and then restart Firefox to see if the problem persists.

When you uninstall did you remove the Mozilla folder as well? And also remove all Addons but make a list of them so you can find them again. And wipe clean any FF install and then reinstall again with Custom and see what is being installed just only the Browser no stealth packages. And then go to the site without Addons and see if the problem doesn't return.
Make sure you are not blocking content.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
Try to set this pref to false on the about:config page.
- media.windows-media-foundation.allow-d3d11-dxva
You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I accept the risk!" to continue.
Sorry for delay but i try your solutions. I have uninstall Firefox clear the registry delete all folders and then reinstall Firefox and the problem still be. I try save mode nothing . I have reinstall graphics card driver. But i can not find the media.windows-media-foundation.allow-d3d11-dxva in about:config page.
Have you something else to suggest?????
Hi,
On the about:config page - would you set the value of this
preference to false :
media.wmf.dxva.d3d11.enabled
(and then close and restart Firefox)
Does that work ?

So are you sure it isn't the problem with the youtube of the content creator's account your watching the video from? Your going to have to provide the youtube link so others can see what is the cause of the video problem?
