when I try to open e-mail atttachments the document goes crazy
when I try to open attachments the document starts flashing frantically and there is "c:\....." constantly flashing and running across the top of the computer - then a box eventually comes up saying can't find document. When I email the document with attachment to my husband (using the same computer and software) the attachment opens with no problem. HELP!!

What type of attachment? And with which application should the attachment be opened?
You can try to save the attachment to disk, and then open it with the corresponding application.
