Unable to find IBM Security Rapport 1.4 add-on for Firefox 58.0.2

more options

IBM Security Rapport 1.4 directs me to enable its FireFox add-on every time I open Mozilla Firefox. I am unable to search for this add-on from the FireFox Add-on Manager page. How can I either obtain and execute this add-on, or remove the constant warning to load the add-on?

When you are on the Add-ons page -- either:

  • Ctrl+Shift+a (Mac: Command+Shift+a)
  • Command+Shift+a (Windows: Ctrl+Shift+a)
  • "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
  • type or paste about:addons in the address bar and press Enter/Return

-- in the left column, click Extensions to display that category.

Then scroll the list on the right toward the bottom; usually disabled extensions are in a grayed out section of the list. The Rapport extension might still use the old Trusteer name. Can you see anything like that?

Back at the top of the Extensions list, you may find a link to "Show legacy extensions." If Rapport is on that list, you will need a newer version.
