In compose window, HTML signatures are shown in editable mode. I feel because of this its not shown with proper formatting. Table borders are also visible in this edit mode which given a bad look.

Is there anyway to disallow editing signature while composing and keep it exactly like preview of the html signature?

You are editing the email. Not reading it. So the document is in an editable mode. That is how it is.
