I set Inbox "Properties" to search for a From & To string and now cannot undo it.

How do I get back to the normal, unfiltered Inbox function, free of any search criteria or null entries in the window that opens under Inbox>Properties? If I delete my search criteria, NO messages can be read. I don't see any obvious way to undo the overriding behavior of this search filter window! I would normally expect a "Cancel" button or some obvious way to turn off this Inbox search/filter function— Thx, Curt

I can't make any sense of your question. How does a folder's properties relate to filtering or sorting?

Check your QuickFilter Bar.

Thanks for your reply—however, I checked the Quickfilter bar but did not find anything there affecting the Inbox Properties filter. After exploring a few additional dead ends, I finally tried the Inbox Properties window "Match All" option, which in spite of its ambiguous label seemed to remove all the filtering constraints and thus solved the problem. Attention T-bird moguls and developers: if the button really undoes the Properties filter constraints, it should be labeled "Allow All", not "Match All". Thx again, Curt

Those terms would appear to relate to the Message Filter dialogue. If so, I don't understand why you refer to them as "properties".

Can you please provide a screenshot of the screen, window or dialogue where you set "Match All"?
