I just installed Flash, when I go to a website that uses flash and click the add on permission button in the address bar it does not work. I can click it over and over, I turned the Shockwave Flash add on to always activate and disabled "block dangerous and intrusive Flash content" I still cant get it to run. I am on the latest version of Firefox and Flash.

I got it from adobes official site. I did not check the version on my computer (it is off at the moment) but it should have installed the current version, according to adobe that is 29.0.0.113

Hi, please uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 59.0 with a Full Version Installer

I suggest leaving it at default setting to always ask.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
