I have checked my cookie settings are correct. I log into the website, then go back to my email and click a link they sent me. new tab opens, site says I'm logged in, but when I click to save that page within their site is says I'm not logged in. Have to re-log in for every link!

Hi, the address you gave is missing the v at the end https://illinoisjoblink.illinois.go should be https:///illinoisjoblink.illinois.gov

Try : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 52.7.1 ESR with a Full Version Installer
