Why are my sent messages not appearing in Outlook365?
I decided to start using Mozilla Thunderbird as my email software on my home computer and it's perfect in almost every way except for one thing: When I go onto my work computer and log in to Outlook365, the messages I sent using Thunderbird do not appear in my sent folder, which is not ideal.
Is there any way to make sure my sent folders sync?

How is the account set up in TB, POP or IMAP? Folders other than the Inbox can only be synchronized across other devices if the account is IMAP. In Tools/Account Settings, check Server Type in Server Settings.
