two possibilities;

  • You are also using the account on a phone or tablet and you are signed in using those tools. iPhone have a long history of consuming all available logins on a mail server. Turn off you phone
  • The servers are refusing logins. the RR servers have been deprecated by your mail / Internet provider some years ago. Perhaps it is finally time to update your server settings in Thunderbird.
