How do I block e-mails that have a specific domain in the URL in a link in the message body ?

I am receiving junk e-mails from apparently valid addresses in my country, but the bodies of the messages contain links to addresses in various African country domains. It appears that the Thunderbird message filter I have set up to scan the body of my messages doesn't detect these links even when I have set up a specific (e.g. 'Body contains .ga') filter for it.
