Why Firefox doesn't supports Folder Upload in Linux OS?

more options

In Linux OS, Firefox doesn't allow folders to be selected for upload. It allows file upload only. May I know, why this behavior because folder upload is supported in Windows and OS X by Firefox?

Even under Windows it is still a Nightly/Beta only feature. It's under dom.input.dirpicker preference. Try to switch it on, maybe it helps.

In Linux(RHEL) environment, firefox, doesn't have 'dom.input.dirpicker' in 'about:config'.
