How do I block cookies for a long list of websites at once?

I have a long list (~200) of websites where I need to block cookies. The list is in a .txt format. How do I block all these cookies at once?

Note that I don't want to disable all cookies, only some of them (those in my list).

I know that I can block cookies for each of these websites one by one, this is described here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/block-websites-storing-site-preferences But this would take a very long time. I need something fast which can be done repeatedly (for example whenever I get a new laptop).

I need this because the websites in question use my cookies to remember that I use an adblocker and then they show me their ads in another way. When I block cookies for these websites then there are no ads at all.

Your only other choice is to use a hosts type blocker where you add those txt files into the hosts file and then through that way it will block your 200+ sites from injecting cookies. Otherwise beyond a Browser you will have to ask a computer shop to help you do this if your not able to do this to fix your site cookie problems.
