I have had Thunderbird for quite some time on my old Apple Pro and iPhone. I have now bought a new Apple Pro and thought IO would obviously include Thunderbird account on it. I am receiving the emails, I can read them but not reply. Please see the screen shot that pops up

  • Open Help (or click on three-line-icon and select Help)
  • Choose 'Troubleshooting Information'
  • Do Not select check box "Include account names"
  • click on 'Copy to clipboard' button
  • Right click in this forum question 'Post a Reply' text box and select 'Paste'
