Then I looked whether it hangs in the processes. It turns out that some processes did not close even after the program was uninstalled. I went to the process directory, and there was a file that, with a periodicity of several seconds, is itself created and deleted, repeating this endless loop. What it is? How to solve a problem. Ideally, I would like to see that Firefox began to work.
