Why is Firefox using my camera without my permission

I was browsing for some firewall products and got a notification that Firefox had opened up my camera. It's a little concerning since I wasn't using anything that requires the camera to be open.

Hi James,

I've had the app installed on my phone for over a year and use it regularly but today my phones permissions history notified me Firefox had opened my camera (during this time I was browsing for networking equipment) nothing that required the camera to be open. I understand that it has permission to open it but usually only opens it when a website has some sort of option to do so.
