I was adding a second email and the email I received, showed a different city, almost 200 miles away, and a different IP address. Should I be concerned?

Hi, not really. Your service provider might have it's central servers there and you just connect to a Hub which connects to the server in the other city.

My internet is the same for me, I connect, it goes to several Nodes to a hub on the highway then 30 miles to another town then some how makes it across 20miles of water and another 30 miles.
