I just formatted my laptop and install Firefox recently. But something weird is that there are two firefox icons on the taskbar. One looks like usual, but another one seems weird, like a fake one. Is that the virus or something dangerous?? Sometimes when I open firefox, it has no response when I click...just show the homepage and nothing happen...After a restart, then only can work.

Hi, It looks like one is active there. If both are on the Bar when Firefox is closed, delete both with Right Click.

Go up the start menu to icon and create a shortcut then drag and drop to the bar or go to the Program Folder and follow above info.
