After about 5 minutes of being on the inactive tab, the video freezes but the audio plays on fine. I can't remember this being a problem on Chrome. Just switched back to Firefox a few weeks ago.

Thank you for your question. Disable hardware acceleration and see if that solves your problem (Settings-->Performance). You might also check if you have the latest display driver for your graphics card.

We can try other steps if this doesn't work for you.

Thanks for a reply. I've disabled hardware acceleration and my graphics card driver was up to date. The problem persists.
