We are using blue prism to automate a process. Part of the process is downloading a file from a web site. We are using firefox 67 with the BP extension. This problem started happening recently and i cant seems to find the solution.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 Submitted crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

I called for more help. Make sure that all programs/files are up to date.

I upgraded to the latest version and the situation got worse. Not a single element could get recognized. I found out there is a ticket for that - BG-3547. So i downgraded back to 67

Downgraded back to 67 is a workaround until the problem is solved.
