Firefox Quantum 68.0.1 will not load many websites, such as Mozilla, DDOwiki.com or hotmail.com. No error message, just a blank page.

Chrome works just fine for everything.

I power cycled my modem and that fixed the issue.

Not sure why that'd affect Firefox but not Chrome.

Hi infael, Could you try the solutions in the following article, and see if any of them help: Firefox can't load websites but other browsers can

If the problem still occurs, we'll need some more info about your Firefox setup.

  1. Go to [=] > Help > Troubleshooting Information then click Copy text to Clipboard.
  2. Go to https://paste.mozilla.org and go to Edit > Paste to paste the info from your Troubleshooting Information page.
  3. In Firefox, click on the three dots to the right of the address, and select Copy Link.
  4. Open a reply to this post, and go to Edit > Paste to paste the link to your troubleshooting information.
