I'm using a Pico G2 headset to access sites like BrioVR and Kuula. For BrioVR whenever I try to load anything in the discovery page the browser goes black and non-responsive. For Kuula images may load fine in the windowed view but in the VR view if the image loads then the navigation tools don't and just reloads the same area I was just in. Most of the time it leads to a black screen. For some images the viewer is black as well after loading. Restarting the headset makes no difference. I've fully charged it and the software and OS is fully updated.

Hi

Thank you for your quesion and apologies for the delay in responding.

I have contacted one of our awesome Firefox Relaity developers who has looked into these issues for you.

They found the the BrioVR site has not been fully tested to work with VR headsets, but pleae appreciate that WebVR is an growing field and that content and devices are improving all the time.

The issue with Kuula is a little different. It seems to work okay, but on looking into it, our developer did flag up an issue, that you can follow at:

https://github.com/MozillaReality/FirefoxReality/issues/1872

I hope this helps and thank you for your support with Firefox Reality.
