How can I open the Mail tab from the Calendar tab? If I close the Mail tab (which I have done by accident many times) the Calendar tab is the only one displayed and I can not figure out how to get back to the mail tab. Is there a way to re-open the mail tab?

How do you close the Mail tab while leaving other tabs open? Normally, you can re-open closed tabs by right-clicking an open tab.
