My Android phone and desktop computer are both logged in to the same Firefox account and have sync enabled, but are not syncing.

Hi there,

I'm running Firefox on OS X 10.15.1 and on Android 10.0. I am logged in to the same Firefox account on both devices and have sync enabled; however, when I try to access synced tabs on Firefox on desktop, I do not see my phone (in fact, I just have the menu that says to connect another device, which takes me to a page where I can text a link to my phone with the Firefox download link). Similarly, on my phone I do not see my desktop device listed. Both devices have the option to sync all content enabled. Can anyone please help? This is the last barrier that is keeping me from switching to Firefox full time, and I'd love to solve it.

I have reinstalled Firefox on both devices; and under my account settings I am able to see both the Desktop and Android versions of Firefox as registered devices under my account.

Please try logging out from both your phone and laptop and logging back in using the same login credentials on both devices. You can also try rebooting both devices. If this is your first time, it may take some time to sync, so please be patient.

Thanks for the response, Andrew! I've attempted to log out and log back in; reinstall; and reboot both devices (and Firefox installations) with no success.
