Although I can bold text in an email message and change the font itself, I can no longer change the email body text color.

Things I've tried:

(1 )I have tried to totally removed and re-installed TB on Mac 10.15.2 and restoring my old profile. That made no difference.

(2) I also totally removed and re-installed TB using its new profile and re-created an email account.

(3) Different settings in the compose section.

In none of these cases can I change the font color as has always worked for 15+ years.

Is this not a known bug with TB 68.3.1?

I now have this show-stopper behavior on two macs.

The problem also happens on Mac 10.14.

PLEASE let me know that this is a known issue or what I can do to work around it.

Have you tried clicking on the top left box icon between the font name on the toolbar and the Italics icon? Note, unless the insertion point in in the body of a message this icon is disabled.

I've been changing font colors in TB for over 15 years.

Does changing font colors work for you on a Mac?

Hope the video shows you what is going on.
