based on folder names I am guessing you are using the owl add-on to access exchange. I suggest you contact the author for support.

There is a support email address on the add-ons page https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/owl-for-exchange/

I did contact the author, who responded with questions, which I answered but haven't been able to receive another response. Any other suggestions please?
